About The Glass Guru
The Glass Guru Reno is owned and operated by Rick and Lori Boteler. We are a family owned operation and are fortunate to have our 16-year-old granddaughter, Kiara, working in the office with us. She brings youth and excitement to our business and is a very friendly voice on the phone. We are beginning our fifth year in the business and are experienced in most aspects of glass restoration and replacements. We are also always up for a challenge! We have had extensive experience in remodeling several homes and are always looking to learn more and accept even the most unconventional job! We enjoy meeting our prospective customers by doing most estimates as a husband and wife team. This helps us meet face to face and we have met some very wonderful people this way. We enjoy working with people and offer a very personal experience for all of our customers.
We are very active in the community through our church and enjoy helping people in any area we are able to. We have been happily married for 38 years and have two children and five grandchildren. We have been in the Reno area for most of our lives and our children are still in the area. This gives us a unique opportunity to understand our area and environment with its specific needs. Reno/Sparks is home and we look forward to helping this area prosper and move forward in the coming years. One of our favorite pastimes is watching our grandchildren in their various sports activities!
